Abs/Glutes

We could have called this class Love & Hate (but mostly love). Abs and glutes, aren't they the perfect duo? This class is designed for enthusiasts who want to focus on these areas. We combine targeted sequences for the lower body and abdomen that will get you sweating and pumping, without ever losing that Salty vibe.
