"I encountered Pilates the way you fall in love while traveling—intensely, almost by chance, in Bali. Over the years, my escapades to the four corners of the world have nourished the soul of the studio: the salt water, the warm sun on the skin, the freedom to move half-naked, without constraints. Back in Montreal, one idea inhabited me: to create a space in my image. That's where Salty, the studio, was born: a place inspired by elsewhere, designed to anchor itself here.
