Cancellation Policy

In order to ensure an optimal experience for all our clients and to respect our instructors' time, we apply the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance
Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class time will be considered a late cancellation.
In case of late cancellation:
No refunds or credits will be given for individual courses or courses included in a package.
Subscribers (monthly or unlimited) may be charged a $15 penalty or lose booking priority if this situation occurs again.
Absence without cancellation
In case of no-show without cancellation, the same policy applies: no refund, and measures may be taken to limit priority access to popular time slots.
How do I cancel a class?
You can cancel your class directly through MINDBODY or by contacting us by email or phone, no later than 24 hours before the class starts.
Changes
This policy may be modified at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with the new update date.
